A number of commercial buildings, including a former bank in Newbridge, will come under the hammer next month.

The lots form part of the catalogue for the June sale held by Paul Fosh auctions, which will also see a number of residential properites and other lots come up for sale.

The former Lloyds Bank building on High Street, Newbridge, comes complete with a strong room, rear office, plant room, gents and ladies toilets and a kitchen/staff room. This property is up for auction at a guide price of £60,000.

Gurnos Social Club in Merthyr Tydfil is also set for sale. This two-storey, linked-detached club provides two separate bars on the ground floor. On the first floor it has a large concert hall with a capacity of around 300 people. The property may be suitable for alternative uses or redevelopment, subject to the necessary planning permission. It has a guide price of £45,000.

Another commercial building in the catalogue is The Rez, Brithweunydd Road, Tonypandy, which could be ideal for a number of uses. For example, a restaurant, offices, fitness centre or redevelopment of the whole site, subject to the right planning permission. This property has a guide price of £60,000.
