Michelin-starred chef Hywel Jones, who comes from Newport, was the guest speaker at the City of Newport Business Club's recent event.
The chef, who is an ambassador for Newport Food Festival, gave a cookery demonstration at the event, which was held at the Celtic Manor Resort.
The food festival, which has Tiny Rebel as its main sponsor, is being held in the city centre on Saturday, October 7.
