BEAUTY and Laser practitioners Daniela and India Evans are inaugural sponsors of the first St David’s Hospice Care Ladies Day.

Daniela, owner of Beauty Advance Skin and Laser Clinic, Cardiff, has adopted the Newport-based hospice as its charity of the year.

The Ladies Day, which is open to business women and others looking for something fun to do in spring, will be held at Sophia Gardens, Cardiff, on Friday, March 8, 2019.

Daniela said: “The clinic adopts a charity each year and this time because of our close association with St David’s Hospice Care we have chosen them to support. We’re well aware of the brilliant work that they do in the community and wanted to be able to show our support.

“We’re thrilled to be able to be a sponsor of the first ever ladies day and are looking forward to attending on the day and for it being a great success.”

St David’s Hospice Care Ladies Day organiser Franca Nigro said: “I’ve known Daniela for a long time so was delighted when Beauty Advance stepped forward asking to sponsor the event.

“It’s going to be a sparkling afternoon compered by the wonderful Sian Lloyd with X factor’s James Williams performing; Dilys Price, OBE, the world’s oldest skydiver, speaker of the year Jane Manuel and Charlotte Leyshon, director of Lux Family Law who will talk about female entrepreneurs and motherhood.

“I’d urge those thinking about it to come and join us for an afternoon of feel-good entertainment, fabulous food and drinks at our ladies lunch at Sophia Gardens, Cardiff.”

The Ladies Day will see guests enjoy a glass of fizz on arrival and three-course lunch. Drinks reception from 12 Noon with proceedings getting underway from 1pm and running through to approximately 4.30pm. Games, raffle and auction will be staged to help raise funds for St David’s Hospice Care.
