Estate agency DJ&P Newland Rennie has been shortlisted for Regional Property Award by the the Guild of Property Professionals.
The agency, which is a guild member and which has branches in Abergavenny, Cwmbran and Monmouth, has been shortlisted for the award, based on its exceptional service within the property sector during 2018.
Kate Taylor, head of residential at DJ&P Newland Rennie, said: “We are thrilled to have been shortlisted for a Regional Property Award, it is a testament to our hard work and dedication over the past 12 months.”
Iain McKenzie, CEO of The Guild Property Professionals, said: “The awards are always a highlight in the Guild calendar, and the entries are always of such high quality it’s difficult to nominate a winner.
"This year, we have introduced shortlist awards again to recognise the quality of agents within the network. Covering the breadth of the UK, I am privileged to see first hand some outstanding agents offering remarkable service to their customers. DJ&P Newland Rennie is a valuable member and we are excited that they have been shortlisted.”
Winners will be announced at the awards event in January at the QEII Centre, London.
The DJ&P Newland Rennie Guild can trace its history over 160 years.
The business covers rural, residential, commercial and design, meaning it can draw from experts within the company to assist with a whole range of matters including building surveying, farms and estates, land and planning.
