A Newport charity is calling for businesses to gather everyone together and put the kettle on, all for a good cause.

The Big Welsh Brew, in aid of St David’s Hospice Care, is taking place on Friday, March 1, and the venue is wherever you want it to be.

The hospice is providing a fundraising pack, filled cover to cover with ideas, information, advice and resources to help you get the most out of your Big Welsh Brew.

The event, which is open to everyone, can be as big or as small as you like. Whether you decide to invite the whole office, or just have a few friends round, every brew helps the hospice.

And if you can’t do March 1, you can do it whenever is best for you.

Event organiser Skye Lewis, of St David’s Hospice Care, said: “What better way to celebrate all things Welsh, on St David’s day, than inviting everyone round for a cuppa and donating to a great cause.

“We hope that people all over Wales will make us proud make this year’s Big Welsh Brew the biggest and best ever.”
