CashCalc, a market-leading cashflow planning software provider, has been named the Best Technology Provider 2019, in an industry awards ceremony.
Based in Newport, CashCalc provides software to more than 11,000 financial advisers in the UK, with users in five of the seven continents.
Ray Adams, chairman of Newport-based financial planners Niche IFA and founder of CashCalc, said: “We’re thrilled to have been named Best Technology Provider. We were pitted up against some big and very established tech providers this year, so it’s fantastic that we have received this award.”
Founded in 2014, CashCalc has quickly become the most used cashflow planning software in the UK, creating hundreds-of-thousands of cashflow forecasts for clients around the UK.
Ray said: “What our small team has accomplished is certainly testament to the importance of tapping into the local talent pool, and shows the full potential of Welsh tech.”
The winners were decided by an independent judging panel of financial sector experts.
