Agincourt House, an office building in Newport city centre, is now fully let.
The building, on Clytha Park Road, Newport, is full following the expansion of Thomas Carroll and arrival of Seren Support Services and Dave Beckett Accountants.
Landlord Lewis Falkiner Properties Limited, advised by property consultancy Knight Frank, has let the property with an average lease length of five years.
Grace Shackell, of Knight Frank, said: “We are delighted to have fully let the building within six months of being appointed to market the available space, which was recently refurbished to a high standard. There is a good level of demand for small offices suites in Newport and we are still receiving enquiries for the property despite it being fully let.”
The two-storey office building is a short walk from Newport city centre and benefits from a high specification refurbishment which includes raised flooring, LED lighting and individual kitchens with each suite and the property also benefits from demised car parking.
