Following this, staff will be taking part in the Five Valleys Sportive through scenic South Wales, the Cardiff Half Marathon, a Big Breakfast with a collection for donations, and the brave even set to take part in a skydive.

Ron Griffiths, founder and managing director of RPS Technology Solutions, said: “We are honoured to announce Prostate Cymru as our charity of the year. We hope our efforts will contribute to their hard work in the fight against Prostate Cancer. The work they do is essential and we as a team are thrilled that we can support such a worthy cause.”
