CUSTOMERS of a popular hat hire business can now view its selection of headwear to mark any occasion.
Following the successful launch of The Finishing Touch hat hire in April 2007, a showroom has now been opened in Devauden. Trade has been flourishing at The Finishing Touch, but now manager, Lucy Sweeting, is looking forward to adding a new dimension to the business.
She said: "Due to demand from clients further away, I decided to set up a showroom where our collection can be viewed.

"The collection has been extended to approximately 180 hats and 90 fascinators in a variety of styles and colours, so you can be assured of creating the perfect match. Hats from leading milliners, such as Gwyneth Snoxell, Nigel Rayment, Victoria Ann and Walter Wright have been chosen to provide a good selection for a wedding, christening, graduation or a day at the races.
"Also new for 2008, is a selection of hats with matching bags to really finish off an outfit."
The new showroom overlooks Devauden village green and allows clients to choose their special hat in a relaxed environment.
Mrs Sweeting added: "Clients are encouraged to bring their outfit, along with shoes, bag and accessories to try on as many hats as they like.
"There is a large changing room and plenty of light to assist in their choice.
"Friends and family are welcome as well as small groups of friends, which can be a fun way to choose the right hat for your outfit. Hire prices range from £15 up to £60 for a designer hat, which allows you to wear a wonderful hat or fascinator at a fraction of the cost to buy."
