A WOMAN has been taken to hospital after a crash involving two vehicles on Wye Valley Road in Monmouthshire.
Police and ambulance crew were called to the scene at around 5.15pm earlier tonight.
The woman, a passenger, was taken to the Royal Gwent Hospital.
Traffic has now cleared in the area.

TRAFFIC is queuing in both directions on the A466 in Monmouthshire after a collision involving two vehicles.
The A48 in Chepstow is blocked with traffic queuing in both directions after the collision at the Highbeech roundabout.
There is congestion Westbound to Tutshill and Northbound on the A466 Wye Valley Link Road to Newhouse.
There is also congestion on the M48 in Monmouthshire heading Westbound, with queuing traffic on the exit slip road on the M48 Severn Bridge at Junction 2 (A466) Chepstow.
