POLICE are appealing for help finding a group of men who have been jumping in and out of gardens, kicking over flowers and pot plants, and disturbing elderly residents in the Caldicot area.
The men are believed to be in their late teens or early twenties.
Officers in Caldicot are appealing for information after the anti-social behaviour in the Elan Way area.
The incidents occurred at around 9pm on Saturday, August 15.
