TOMORROW is the deadline for registering to vote in next month’s Welsh Assembly and Police and Crime Commissioner elections.
Electoral registration for the elections on May 5 will close at midnight on Mnday, while anyone planning on registering for a postal vote has until 5pm on Tuesday.
The deadline for applying for a proxy vote is 5pm on Tuesday, April 26. Emergency proxy vote registrations – for example when a voter is in hospital – can be made from Saturday, April 30.
Lost postal votes can be registered from Thursday, April 28.

The deadline for registering to vote in the referendum on the UK’s membership of the European Union, which will be held on June 23, is Saturday, June 7.
