CHILDREN from Riverside Nursery took part in a 'toddle waddle' through Chepstow, raising nearly £100 for Meningitis Now.
With a fancy dress theme of 'Under the Sea', the 10 children dressed as their favourite sea creatures, including sharks and mermaids.
The group walked through the town centre and the Dell Park before enjoying a picnic at the riverbank.
Funds were raised by parents of the toddlers as well as people that the group stopped in the town centre to talk about their cause.
Manager Louise Jones said the walk was a success
She said: "Supporting these charities means they will send us leaflets with information on how to keep an eye out for the warning signs of meningitis.
"Being a nursery, it's really important that parents and ourselves know what to look for.
"Without people raising money, a lot of these charities won't be able to operate."
