A VINTAGE car procession today crossed the Severn Bridge to mark 50 years since the bridge was by the Queen on 8 September 1966.
The vintage cars and buses are from the same era that could have driven across on the day of opening.
The Grade I-listed bridge cost of £8m and took three-and-a-half years to build.
This afternoon engineers who have worked on the bridge over the last 50 years will attend a celebration event.
