THE winners of an anti drink-drive competition met the leader of Monmouthshire council at a youth centre in Chepstow on Monday.
Councillor Peter Fox visited Central Kaff at Cheptow Youth Centre, Welsh Street where he met the winners of the Monmouthshire heat of the multi-media section of the All Wales Anti-Drink Drive Competition.
The winners were members of Caldicot's Zone Youth Centre with their entry which is a poignant video showing a personal response made by 16-year-old Keira Davies following the aftermath of a drink drive incident.
