A CALDICOT man who killed his his mother and sister and has been wanted since 2000 has been found and arrested.

Keith Turner was wanted for failing to appear at Reading Crown Court after being charged with fraud.

He had been on life license since his release from prison on 29th March 1993, having served 19 years of a life sentence having been convicted of the manslaughter of his mother and sister (who died in November 1973) at Newcastle Crown Court on 19th February 1975.

Following his release from prison he moved to the Caldicot area in 1998 after spending a period of time in the Bristol area. He was arrested in Fleetwood, Lancashire and has been remanded in custody.
