THE family of a Caerwent teenager who died from Toxic Shock Syndrome is offering half price tickets to Argus readers for a concert being held as part of an awareness campaign.
The concert, which takes place at Newport Leisure Centre, is part of a 13-day awareness campaign currently being held by the family of Natasha Scott-Falber.
Natasha died when she was 14-years-old on February 14, 2013, of TSS from using her first tampon.
The awareness campaign, which started with a fun run on February 14, will culminate with a concert on Thursday, February 26, which will become National Toxic Shock Syndrome Awareness Day and would have been Natasha’s 17th birthday.
Concert starts at 7.30pm.
Special guests at the concert are The Wurzels. Mrs Scott said: “It’s going to be a great night and a wonderful way to finish our campaign.”
The family is offering 100 tickets for the concert to Argus readers at half price (£6).
Visit the website tssaware.org.uk and go to ‘ticket sales’ where you will see a box titled ‘argus’. Enter the special code ‘natasha’ to order and pay via PayPal. An e-ticket will be sent to you by email.
