TWO of the UK's leading property developers have joined forces to create Scotland's tallest building.
Elphinstone and City Lofts Group have acquired the 1.4 acre site on the corner of St Vincent Street and India Street from Glasgow City Council and plan to build a 134metre tall building.
The site has planning permission for a £120million, apartment, office and retail building 9m taller than the current tallest structure, Glasgow Science Centre's tower.
