The traffic spans the water border of Wales and England
A CRASH on the Second Severn Crossing has caused heavy traffic out of Monmouthshire, as one lane is closed.
The tailbacks, which span the most part of the bridge, start on the M4close to the toll booths and plaza, and reach the junction with the M49 in England.
