Joseph Thomas has been found safe and well according to Gwent Police.
A spokeswoman said: "Yesterday, we appealed for information to help locate 19-year-old Joseph Dylan Thomas from Monkswood.
"Joseph has now been located safe and well.’

POLICE are appealing for information to help locate 19-year old Joseph Dylan Thomas from Monkswood, near Usk.
Joseph was last seen at approximately 5pm on Sunday, April 2 near to the A472 in Monkswood.
He hasn’t been since then and police are concerned for his well-being.
Joseph is described as white, with blue eyes, light brown hair in a parting and a moustache.
If anyone sees Joseph or has information about his whereabouts, call Gwent Police on 101 quoting log number 619 02/03/17.
