A FURIOUS father-of-three was left fuming when the paintwork on his car was vandalised while it was parked outside his Gwent home.
Now security guard Clive Norman is offering a £100 reward for information leading to the conviction of the culprit.
The 42-year-old's silver Ford Focus was sprayed yellow on Wednesday night.
Police in Cwmbran say they currently dealing with "a spate of indiscriminate car damage" in the area.
Mr Norman, of Stevelee, Coed Eva, in Cwmbran said he was "absolutely fuming".
He said: "I was alerted by my neighbour last night I couldn't believe it when I saw it. This is the second time I've had major damage done. Last year someone took a sharp object and cut up the paint-work."
PC Darrell Dewar, Cwmbran's crime and disorder reduction officer told the Argus Coed Eva was suffering from a spate of damage.
"We are investigating a number of incidents involving attacks on cars in the Coed Eva, St Dials and Greenmeadow area," he said.
"We are appealing for witnesses to this and other incidents in recent weeks."
PC Darrell said the attack on Mr Norman's car happened between overnight on Wednesday, between 9.30pm and about 7am.
Mr Norman said he was "sick and tired" of the situation.
"There's a real problem in the area with attacks on cars and I am planning to take the matter up with my local councillor," he said.
"There are people out there with no respect for property that's why I am prepared to offer a reward for information which leads to the conviction of whoever did this."
