POLICE have re-appealed for help in tracing a man who they mistakenly said had been found yesterday.
Matthew Peter Waters, 30, from the Pontypool area, breached his licence conditions after being released from prison on 4th April 2014.
Gwent Police today confirmed he has not been arrested and they are still appealing for any information on his whereabouts.
Waters was sentenced to six years for robbery in January 2012 at Cardiff Crown Court.
He is white, six feet tall and of stocky build. He has black hair.
