BLAENAVON World Heritage Centre is inviting families to its family fun day this Sunday, August 30.
From 10am until 4pm the centre is holding the event to experience what lessons were like more than 150 years ago in a Victorian classroom with a real-life Victorian school master.
There is also a Tell Tale Trail challenge around the centre so visitors can learn what life was like through stories told by local school children.
In the afternoon there will also be guided walks for families to discover the history and wildlife of the local landscape.
On top of this there will be a bouncy castle, face painting and a craft marquee. Organisers said there is also "lots more in the grounds to keep everyone entertained".
