FROM Pontypool Museum’s digital archives are two images which take a look back at industry around Pontypool.
One of the images shows workers at the former site in Forge Hammer, which is located near to Pontnewynydd.
The other is of the employees at the town forge in Pontypool, with the image taken just after the Second World War.
These images were donated by the Pontypool Museum as part of its digital archive, which aims to preserve historic documents, images and records from the area.
