Discarded cigarette starts Cwmbran blaze
A DISCARDED cigarette set fire to waste materials and fencing in Cwmbran early this morning.
Fire crews from Cwmbran and New Inn were called at 2.15am and tackled the fire on Hilltop Green in Pontnewydd.
