THESE young women have beaten off competition to represent Torfaen at the Miss Wales beauty pageant final next year.
Pontypool student Mica Rogers, 18, retail assistant Danielle Jones, 20, of Pontypool, and nurse Jenny Fitzpatrick, 23, of Cwmbran, will also vie to become Miss Torfaen before the final next March.
In the run up to the showdown, Team Torfaen will be tasked with fundraising for the Miss World charity Beauty With A Purpose.
The Miss World platform generates millions for good causes every year.
All the money raised in Wales will be donated to Coram – the longest running children’s charity in the UK which is currently celebrating its 275th anniversary.
Paula Abbandonato, from Cardiff events and PR company Vibe, is the organiser of Miss Wales.
She said: “Team Torfaen are great girls and will make excellent ambassadors for the area.
“It’s going to be an exciting few months for them now with all sorts of events and activities to keep them busy up until the Miss Wales 2015 final.”
