There's been some awkward, weird stuff in this series, but writers Reece Shearsmith and Steve Pemberton from The League of Gentlemen machine-gun so many original ideas into the script that it always seems to work.
Tonight, the characters are drawn together. Mr Jelly is entertaining the folk at an old people's home when he receives a call from Mr Jolly that plunges him back into danger.
