A MUSICAL journey back to the 1960s will be coming to the Cwmbran Congress Theatre on Friday, January 26 with one of the UK’s finest tribute acts.
The Counterfeit Sixties bring their nostalgic review of the so-called ‘swinging 60s’ with music from The Beatles, The Rolling Stones and many more.
In addition to music – featuring more than 25 bands from the era - the show incorporates flashback footage from televisions shows, adverts, clothing and even clips of the original groups in full song.
The group, who have performed across the UK and internationally, have also worked with a number of bands from the 60s, including The Searchers and The Tremeloes.
The show starts at 7.30pm on Friday, January 26 and tickets cost £17 for adults and £15 for the over 60s and students.
