USK Valley Trampoline Club are flying high after picking up medals and trophies galore in the Welsh trampoline grades competition.
The event was held at the Sport Wales National Centre in Cardiff earlier this month.
Ffion Snook, 8, became a Welsh champion for the second time, this time in a higher grade, and Ella Travers was champion in the under- 13s age group.
Usk Valley also took second and third places in this age group with Lois Gould and Zoe Watkins and these three top scorers also won team gold.
Rebecca Skinner’s marks put her in third place and in line for the silver medal for a team including Megan Adams and Cerys Walsh, while a bronze team medal went to Aimee Wallace, Shannon Llewellyn and Maya Cadman.
In the under-13s Grade H event individual placings were taken by Jade Rees (2nd) and Emily Criddle (3rd) and in the under-15s team event the two girls and teammates Caroline Coakley Aston and Bethan Duckett won the silver medal.
There were some other excellent placings, four girls finishing fourth – Isobel Knight, Cerys Walsh, Bethan Duckett and Aimee Wallace.
Senior club coach Barbara Digby North was very pleased with the results and the improvement shown.
