  • "Another loss, another game that should have been at the very minimum a hard fought draw but ended up being an easy win for the other team and another win JE is still in charge. I'll keep calling for the sacking of JE while those continue to think that the sun shines from his behind. I'm sorry but the win at Torquay should have been a 2 or 3 goal difference. The game against the daggers and pompey have shown us what we need to start to get used to.

Portsmouth have a better form that us yet they have sacked thier manager and came here and won with only a caretaker in charge. I just don't think that JE has the respect of the palayers or the ability to produce match winning tactics. The team that we have should do better and thats my frustration. Get someone in that can milk the best out of the players. I noticed that JE has said that the sacking of the pompey was crazy, I guess who ever asked him the question hit a nerve thier. I'm also fed up of the dumbass comments that are coming from the dressing room, flynn says they are going in the right direction, well from where I'm sat that looks like the backwards direction, Win, Draw, Loss."

NINE-MAN Newport were beaten by Portsmouth in front of a crowd of more than 4,000 at Rodney Parade.

The visitors led 2-0 at the break thanks to a Ryan Taylor penalty and a Jed Wallace header after Adam Chapman's disgusting lunge on Danny Hollands gave Pompey a man advantage.

Ismail Yakubu headed County back into things with time running out, but Darcy Blake's late red for a second yellow card ended any hopes of a revival.
