Rome: Italy's government has received a report from the three jurists

it appointed to study a possible conflict between the political and

business interests of Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi. It said in a

statement the three, appointed by Berlusconi in March to advise him on

conflict of interest cases and to propose anti-trust legislation,

presented the report to the government on Wednesday. It was not known

when its contents would be made public. Opponents have urged Berlusconi

to distance himself from his $7000m-a-year Fininvest business empire

since he led a right-wing Freedom Alliance to victory last March.
