MADRID: Spain yesterday predicted a bumper year for tourism and
announced that the number of foreign tourists visiting last year rose by
3.5%. The Ministry of Tourism said more than 57 million foreigners
visited Spain last year, while earnings surged around 12% to #12
billion.
