* FIFA, world rulers of football, yesterday said they would continue
to defy International Olympic Committee drug rules which threaten
football's inclusion in the 1996 Olympics.
Mr Sepp Blatter, general secretary of FIFA, which is the only sports
federation that refuses to conform to IOC doping rules, insists that all
sports needs custom-made rules, and that team events differ from
individual ones.
