TEENAGE centre Tyler Morgan will make his Wales debut against Ireland at the Millennium Stadium on Saturday while his Newport Gwent Dragons teammate Hallam Amos will also get the chance to press his World Cup claims.

The pair have been named in the starting XV for the warm-up clash against the Six Nations champions (kick-off 2.30pm) while clubmate Taulupe Faletau is among the replacements. There is no place in the matchday squad for 20-year-old Dragons centre Jack Dixon.

Morgan will slot in alongside Scott Williams, who captains the side, and a strong performance by the 19-year-old from Caerleon would put him in great shape to profit from the injury that has ruled Jonathan Davies out of the World Cup.

Amos, who will add to the cap he won against Tonga in 2013, will start at full-back for the first time since the Dragons lost to Glasgow in the Guinness Pro12 last September.

The 20-year-old played primarily on the wing while enjoying a superb season for the Rodney Parade side but slots in at 15 in the absence of the rested Leigh Halfpenny and rested Liam Williams.

Eli Walker, Dominic Day and Ross Moriarty will all earn their first Test caps while boss Warren Gatland has gone with an experienced half-back combination of Mike Phillips and James Hook.
