NEWPORT Gwent Dragons head coach Kingsley Jones has made eight changes to his starting line-up for tomorrow's European Challenge Cup encounter with Worcester at Sixways.

As expected, full-back Carl Meyer and wing Pat Howard miss out following head injuries sustained in the Dragons' 28-15 Pro12 defeat to Leinster last weekend, while second row Nick Crosswell also doesn't feature in the matchday 23.

Fellow lock Rynard Landman drops to the bench, as does hooker Elliot Dee, number-eight Harri Keddie, centre Jack Dixon and scrum-half Tavis Knoyle. Props Sam Hobbs and Leon Brown earn places among the replacements.

With Meyer out, Tom Prydie starts at 15, Tyler Morgan moves to the right wing to accommodate Sam Beard at outside centre, Adam Warren reverts back to inside centre and Ashton Hewitt is in on the left flank.

Sarel Pretorius and Angus O'Brien are the Dragons' half-back pairing.

Up front, Rhys Buckley replaces Dee at hooker and Matthew Screech and Cory Hill form a new-look second row, while James Thomas is at openside as captain Lewis Evans moves to number-eight.
