TICKETS have gone on sale for Judgement Day when the Dragons will take on the Scarlets in game one at Principality Stadium.

The sixth annual regional double-header will see east take on west with Bernard Jackman’s men going up against their rivals from Llanelli and Cardiff Blues entertaining the Ospreys on Saturday, April 28.

The Dragons kick-off at 3.05pm with the second game at 5.35pm despite it being the final weekend of the Guinness PRO14 when all fixtures usually start at the same time.

The double-header in the capital is included in season tickets for the Dragons and Blues, who give up home advantage, while prices for other punters have been frozen at £10.

The Rodney Parade region have never won at Judgement Day but head coach Jackman is relishing the chance to break their duck in front of a packed house.

“It will be my first Judgement Day event, but I’ve heard great things,” said the Irishman.

“There is obviously a lot of rugby to be played between now and then but it’s an event we are all looking forward to.”

Tickets are on sale at tickets.amazon.co.uk, wru.wales/tickets or via each of the four regions.

They cost £10 for all parts of Principality Stadium plus a £1-per-ticket online booking fee and postage payable.

Pro Rugby Wales chief executive Mark Davies said: “This season our double derby day at the national stadium will be the finale to the conference stages of the PRO14, so it will be an even bigger occasion for our rugby teams, players and supporters.

“The Judgement Day games will have so much on them with PRO14 Final series places or European Champions Cup play-off places potentially at stake.”
