WALES fly-half Dan Biggar will start for Northampton in tomorrow’s pre-season friendly clash with the Dragons at Rodney Parade (kick-off 7.30pm).

England flanker James Haskell, a summer recruit from Wasps, starts while his international teammate Courtney Lawes is among the replacements as he returns from a knee injury suffered against France in the Six Nations.
