WALES trio Elinor Snowsill, Jasmine Joyce and Alisha Butchers have been selected in the Barbarians squad to face the USA.

Fly-half Snowsill, wing Joyce and back row forward Butchers are fresh from their Six Nations exploits and join forces with women from eight other countries for the clash with the Eagles in Glendale on April 26.

They jojn New Zealand’s World Cup winners Fiao’o Fa’amausili, Steph Te Ohaere-Fox, Linda Itunu and Emma Jensen in a 19-strong group, with more players set to be added after the end of England’s domestic season.

The Baa Baas launched a women’s team in 2017/18 when they beat Munster 19-0 and the British Army 37-0.

They will take on England for the first time as part of a double-header at Twickenham on June 2.
