CAPTAIN Ashley Williams admits he was lost for words in the post-match huddle after Wales’ amazing Euro 2016 victory over Russia last night.

The skipper has made a habit of gathering the team together before and after matches in France.

But, after goals from Aaron Ramsey, Neil Taylor and Gareth Bale swept Wales to a scarcely believable win, Williams did not know what to say in Toulouse.

“I said to them, boys we always do a huddle at the end but I don't know what to say today” he revealed. “That was that, just enjoy the evening!”

The players are enjoying a day off with their families today before heading back to their training base in Dinard tomorrow to prepare for a second round match in Paris on Saturday night.

“We've got a barbecue planned,” said the Swansea City star.

“It will be great to see the family and kids again, we've not seen them since we started; we all need that so much.

“We're not going to go crazy, there'll be no up all night drinking sessions like there was after Bosnia, we'll enjoy it in our own way and I think we've earned and deserved that.

“We'll be back at it then, we'll be doing recovery and then look to see who we get and prepare for that.”
