FOUR Newport County AFC players will have a starring role in tomorrow night’s Nick Kicks TV show.
The programme covers all 72 clubs in the EFL and the Exiles feature as the second series starts on the Nicktoons channel at 6pm on Friday.
Running for 44 episodes, the second season of Nick Kicks sees presenters Roman Kemp and Rachel Stringer visit football clubs across the country to talk to players from the EFL and special guests.
Each episode of the series will also include weekly highlights from EFL fixtures.
And this week’s show features County’s Tom Owen-Evans and Kieran Parselle, who is currently on loan at Salisbury, taking each other on in the Teammate Challenge.
Teammate Challenge sees players answering a series of questions about each other with a cream pie to the face the punishment for any wrong answers.
Fellow Exiles stars Scott Bennett and Tom Meechan, currently on loan at Weston-Super-Mare, will be acting as assistant referees.
Tonight’s edition also features Adebayo Akinfenwa from Wycombe Wanderers, Sone Aluko from Fulham, David Stockade from Brighton & Hove Albion and Daniel Bentley from Brentford.
