NEWPORT County have sacked manager Warren Feeney after a start to the season that has left them at the bottom of the League Two table.
The Exiles have won just once this season and lost 1-0 at Grimsby on Tuesday evening and the board have decided to axe the former Northern Ireland striker along with deputy Andy Todd.
A club statement read: "Following a mixed start to the season the board of directors feel a change is necessary.
"We would like to thank Warren for his service since joining the Club back in October 2015 and wish him all the best for his future career.
In addition, assistant manager, Andy Todd, has also left the club with immediate effect.
"First team coaches Sean McCarthy and James Bittner will remain at the Club in their respective positions and assume caretaker responsibilities.
"The club is intending to make an appointment as soon as possible and will make an announcement in due course."
