NEWPORT Gwent Dragons have been given four more Sunday dates in the Guinness Pro12 – with their trip to Leinster clashing with Wales versus Scotland in the Six Nations.

They travel to Dublin on February 15 for a game that kicks off at 3pm, when Warren Gatland’s team will be getting under way at Murrayfield.

They welcome Connacht to Rodney Parade the following Sunday (kick-off 4pm), travel to Zebre for a game that is the day after France versus Wales on Sunday, March 1 (kick-off 6pm) and host Ulster on March 8 (kick-off 4pm).

Meanwhile, this season’s LV= Cup final will be held at Northampton’s Frankin’s Gardens.

The Anglo-Welsh competition gets under way this weekend, albeit without any regional involvement after a fixture mishap saw it clash with a round of Guinness Pro12 rugby.

The Dragons kick off their campaign against Harlequins at the Twickenham Stoop next Friday before taking on the Ospreys in Bridgend seven days later.

They finish the group stages with a pair of home encounters with Exeter and London Welsh in the new year with the aim of making it to the home of the Saints on Sunday, March 22.

- The Dragons are holding an online survey to get feedback from their fans about their hopes and expectations for the region.

Commercial director Peter Grzonka said: “Earlier this season we met with a number of supporter focus groups, which gave us a chance to have in depth conversations about their feelings towards the region, the match day experience and their aspirations for the season.

“This insight was very important and we would like to take this chance to widen this to all our support base via this survey.”
