Dragons U18s and Challenge Cup Gwent derby postponed
NEWPORT Gwent Dragons Under-18s' clash with Cardiff Blues has fallen victim of Storm Jonas - despite being on a 3G surface.
The WRU Regional Championship fixture was meant to be played on the artificial pitch at the Dragons' Ystrad Mynach training base.
However, so severe was the rain that there were patches of the surface that were waterlogged.
The Foster's Challenge Cup clash between Cross Keys and Newport at Pandy Park was also postponed, adding to the fixture pile-up in the Gwent group of the development competition.
