TICKETS have gone on general sale for Newport Gwent Dragons’ Guinness PRO12 derby against Cardiff Blues in Caerphilly.

The fixture on Saturday, May 6 (kick-off 5.15pm) has had to be moved from Rodney Parade to the 6,000 capacity Constructaquote Stadium, formerly Virginia Park, because of a clash with Newport County’s League two finale against Notts County.

Season ticket holders have guaranteed tickets but they must be claimed from the Rodney Parade ticket office.

All Dragons gold, silver and bronze season members (including Premier Lounge members) have been guaranteed a seat but they must be claimed by Tuesday, April 18.

From Wednesday, April 19 all remaining seats will be released for general sale.

Hazell Terrace season members have guaranteed standing in front of the main grandstand with a deadline of Tuesday, April 18. After that date they will have a general admission tickets available until Friday, April 28.

General admission tickets are on sale and from April 19 any seats or reserved standing tickets not claimed will be added to general sale.

General admission tickets are available from the Rodney Parade ticket office, online or by calling 01633 674990.

Tickets cost £12 for adults, £9 for concessions and £3 for under-16s in advance. Prices go up £5 on the day.

Box holders and Business Club members will all be invited to a hospitality marquee located behind the posts.

The facility will offer a hot fork buffet, exclusive bar and reserved seating all served by a separate ticket entrance.

A limited number of subsidised buses from Newport are being arranged by the Dragons Official Supporters Club while there are plans for a park and ride.
