WALES hopeful Tyler Morgan returns to the Newport Gwent Dragons side for the Guinness PRO12 finale against Cardiff Blues in Caerphilly tomorrow (kick-off 5.15pm).

The 21-year-old centre missed last week’s heart-breaking 24-20 loss to Edinburgh at Myreside because of a rib injury but gets the chance to impress in a derby and earn a call-up for the summer tour to face Samoa and Tonga.

Wales lock Cory Hill and full-back Carl Meyer have been passed fit after being doubts with head coach Kingsley Jones making just two changes to his XV, Morgan replacing Jack Dixon and Sam Hobbs slotting in for Thomas Davies at loosehead.

Sarel Pretorius is back from a hamstring injury to be among the replacements and the scrum-half is joined on the bench by Wales Under-20s hooker Ellis Shipp, who could make his Dragons debut.

The Blues have made five changes to the team that beat Zebre last Friday with Matthew Morgan and Lloyd Williams returning at full-back and scrum-half respectively while up front there are starts for loosehead Corey Domachowski, hooker Matthew Rees and flanker Sion Bennett.

Back row forward Josh Navidi, hooker Kristian Dacey and prop Rhys Gill have joined the visitors’ injury list that includes Wales stars Sam Warburton and Gethin Jenkins.

The Dragons are hunting a first PRO12 derby win since beating the Blues in the capital on Boxing Day of 2014.
