HALLAM Amos and Ashton Hewitt have passed fitness tests for the Dragons’ derby against Cardiff Blues in the capital tomorrow night (kick-off 7.35pm).

Head coach Bernard Jackman is able to name 14 players from the XV that beat Southern Kings with a bonus point for the Guinness PRO14 clash at the Arms Park.

The sole change comes in the back three where Carl Meyer misses out after suffering an abductor injury in training on Tuesday.

Wales speedster Amos has recovered from a dead leg to shift to full-back with Jared Rosser coming in for his first regional start on the left wing.

Ashton Hewitt – who was given a 20/80 chance of featuring by Jackman on Tuesday – has overcome an ankle strain that forced him off against the Kings to feature on the other flank.

Jackman, who was without 29 players for training at the start of the week, makes just four other changes to his matchday squad.

Hooker Liam Belcher is set for a Dragons debut against his old side from the bench with loosehead Luke Garrett, scrum-half Owain Leonard and wing/full-back Will Talbot Davies joining him as replacements.

Aaron Wainwright, a 20-year-old flanker who was an unused sub against the Kings, will hope to make his regional bow.

The Blues change seven from their defeat at Munster last weekend.
They bring back Wales wing Alex Cuthbert, influential centre Rey Lee-Lo, scrum-half Lloyd Williams, hooker Kristian Dacey, locks Seb Davies and Damian Welch and flanker Josh Navidi.
