DRAGONS captain Cory Hill starts in Wales’ autumn finale against South Africa on Saturday (kick-off 2.30pm) but his Rodney Parade teammate Leon Brown misses out with a concussion.

Lock Hill slots in alongside skipper Alun Wyn Jones after coming off the bench in last week’s loss to New Zealand when Jake Ball was forced off by a shoulder injury in the early stages.

Dragons wing Hallam Amos retains his place on the right after a series in which he scored a try as a replacement in the loss to Australia and as a starter in the narrow success against Georgia while hooker Elliot Dee gets the nod to win his second cap as back-up to Kristian Dacey.

However, Brown sits out his first game of the autumn when he was in pole position to have 3 on his back in the absence of Tomas Francis, who has returned to Exeter as the money-making Springboks clash is outside of World Rugby’s Test window.

The 21-year-old from Maesglas suffered a blow to the head, meaning that Scott Andrews comes in to face the South Africans.

Warren Gatland makes five changes to the side that lost to the world champions with New Zealand-born Scarlets centre Hadleigh Parkes making his debut after qualifying on residency.

Dacey, Andrews and Hill come into the tight five while Aled Davies is a shock inclusion at scrum-half.
