GARETH Bale has not been included as Wales manager Chris Coleman today named a 29-man squad that will travel to Portugal for the pre Euro 2016 training camp.
The squad will travel to the Vale de Lobo Resort in the Algarve where preparations for Euro 2016 will continue.
Real Madrid star Bale, who is currently out with a knee problem, will miss the Portugal training camp because of his club commitments.
The Spanish giants play in the Champions League final on May 28.
This was expected and does not mean he won’t be in the final 23-man squad, which will be revealed by Coleman on May 31.
Wales will then play a final friendly against Sweden in Stockholm before travelling to the Euro team base in Dinard, Brittany.
Squad: Hennessey, Fon Williams, Ward; A Williams, Davies, Collins, Chester, Taylor, Gunter, Richards, Dummett, Matthews, Henley; Ramsey, Ledley, Allen, J Williams, Edwards, King, Vaughan, Huws; Robson-Kanu, Vokes, Church, Cotterill, G Williams, Bradshaw, Lawrence, Burns
