RICHARDS On 22nd June 2019, Hywel (Rich) of Ludlow Close, Llanyrafon peacefully passed away surrounded by his loving family. Beloved Husband of Pat, loved Dad of Paul and his partner Debbie. Hywel will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral Thursday 11th July, service 2.00pm at The Gwent Crematorium. Family flowers only, donations in lieu of flowers may be given at the service for the Royal Gwent Hospital, Medical Day Care Unit.
