TAPPER Peacefully on 2nd September 2019, David Tapper of Oakfield, Cwmbran. Beloved husband of the late Peggy, devoted father of Paul, Robert, Stephen, Carole, Brian and Richard, loved and sadly missed by all his family. Funeral Tuesday 17th September, service 1.30pm at Gwent Crematorium. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu may be given at the service for Macmillan Nurses.
